Location! This recently renovated duplex unit is centrally located, near CHS airport and Charleston Coliseum and Event Center, making it a great place to stay for events and conferences. It is also very close to Boeing, AFB, Tanger Outlets, Credit One Stadium, and the easy I-526 and I-26 access gets you into historic downtown Charleston in about 15 minutes.
The large fully fenced yard provides plenty of space for your four-legged companions. Inside you'll find a clean, comfortable space to relax and unwind. The home is well stocked with plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets. Kitchen amenities include Keurig, blender, toaster, pots and pans, bakeware, cooking oil and spices, and more.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The spacious primary bedroom has a smart TV, half bath attached and a walk-in closet to make it easy to settle in for longer stays. The living room sofa also folds down into a twin size bed.
Other amenities- Desk/workspace, high speed internet, washer/dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, iron/board, USB charging ports, TV with Peacock streaming (or log into your own streaming service), pet food dishes, shampoo/conditioner and soaps, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, BBQ..
